  • Return & Refund Policy for Digital Products

    Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

    Digital Product Policy

    When you purchase a digital product from our shop, you will receive access to download the files immediately. Because digital items cannot be returned after they have been downloaded, we cannot offer refunds.

    Please be sure to read the product description carefully and review all listing images before purchasing.

  • How to Download Your Digital Purchase

    After completing your purchase, downloading your digital files is quick and easy.

    Step 1: Check Your Email

    Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email from our shop. This email will include a download link for your purchased files. Be sure to download your item within 24 hours of purchasing.

    Step 2: Download Your Files

    Click the download link in the email to access your files. Your files will typically download as a ZIP file or PDF, depending on the product.

    Be sure to save the files to your computer so you can access them anytime.

    Step 3: Open and Use Your Files

    After downloading, you can:

    • Print your files at home
    • Upload them to a professional printing service
    • Open templates (such as Canva designs) using the provided link in the instructions

    Important Notes

    • Digital downloads work best when downloaded on a desktop or laptop computer rather than a phone.

    • If your files download as a ZIP folder, you will need to extract or unzip the folder before using the files.

    • Please save your files after downloading, as download links may expire depending on the platform.

    File Errors

    You may:

    • Download and print the files for your personal use

    • Use the files in your home, classroom, or parish setting

    • Print multiple copies for your own use

    You may NOT:

    • Resell the digital files

    • Share the files with others

    • Upload the files to file-sharing websites

    Digital File Distribution

    The files may not be distributed, copied, emailed, or shared with others. If someone else would like to use the product, please direct them to purchase their own copy from the shop.

    Printing Disclaimer

    Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor, printer, and paper choice. We cannot guarantee exact color matches across different devices and printing methods.
